Going back to the Future - How Coop Norway is adopting standard SAP processes and making use of SAP CAR applications to increase automation in all ordering processes

 

In his presentation, Eirik Borge, Senior Project Manager Logistics, shares some insights into Coop Norway’s SAP journey and how they have used a combination of Target Operating Model approach and industry best practice to go back to a more standard SAP solution from which Coop can leverage some of SAP’s CAR-based applications to help drive efficiencies in replenishment and execution processes.

Kim Kraglund, Group Director Business Process Management at Salling Group and Barbara Wessela, Chief Product Expert Consumer Industries at SAP will give insight into their co-innovation project to take SAP Allocation Management to the next level.

Tim Sutor, Head of Processes Merchandise Sales at Coop Switzerland, reports on the successful project "Sustainable Shopping and Vision of Zero Waste", for which the company was honored with the SAP Innovation Award 2019 in the category "Digital Trailblazer".

 

Joanne Allwood, Head of Supply Chain Control Tower, and James Cordall – IT Business Relationship Manager at Wilko, will share their experiences on how they leverage F&R Multi Echelon for 99% of their product offering.

 

Sarah Grawert, Business Process Expert Supplier Order Management and Bas Kölgen, will talk about Predictive Analytics with SAP CAR with a special focus on UDF Forecasting for Wholesale.
